Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PPT Narrator Video ("the Software") on one (1) computer. This is a perpetual license for the version purchased (v1.x).

2. Permitted Use

• Install and use the Software on one device at a time
• Transfer the license to a different device by deactivating it first
• Use the Software for personal and commercial purposes
• Keep and use videos generated by the Software without restriction

3. Restrictions

• Share, distribute, or sublicense the Software or your license key
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Use the Software on more than one device simultaneously with a single license
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software

4. Payment & Pricing

The Software is sold as a one-time purchase. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy on our behalf.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, submit a request through our contact form for a full refund. No reason required. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of receiving your request.

6. Updates

Your license includes free updates within the major version you purchased (e.g., all v1.x updates). Future major versions (v2.0 and beyond) may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. The quality of generated narration depends on the text-to-speech voices installed on your Windows system.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Software.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
